reserve rooms

Practice rooms and classrooms may be booked on a first-come, first-served basis beginning April 8th using Skedda (see below). Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Saturday. Failure to follow the rules will result in your room booking privileges being permanently revoked for the duration of the festival.

Rules

  • BEFORE YOU BOOK: carefully read each space's notes carefully by clicking the info bubble next to each space’s name.

  • No food or beverages of any kind are allowed in the practice rooms except bottled water.

  • Attendees and faculty are permitted to reserve a MAXIMUM OF 90 MINUTES PER DAY. Any reservations longer than that will be canceled.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your reservation, you FORFEIT YOUR TIME SLOT.

  • If you can no longer use your reserved time, please CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

  • Two missed reservations will result in your PRIVILEGES BEING REVOKED for the duration of the festival.

  • Always make a reservation under your name and not “Casual User.” If we cannot identify it, you will risk losing the reservation.

  • Please read the guidelines specific to each space before making a reservation by clicking the info bubble next to the space’s name.

  • Faculty receive priority over attendees.

  • Performers and conductors receive priority over composers.

  • If you are practicing by yourself, please attempt to book a practice room first and not a larger space.

  • Please be respectful of others around you and the facilities. Any damage to the facilities or equipment will result in immediate dismissal from the festival with no refund.
