reserve rooms
Practice rooms and classrooms may be booked on a first-come, first-served basis beginning April 8th using Skedda (see below). Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Saturday. Failure to follow the rules will result in your room booking privileges being permanently revoked for the duration of the festival.
Rules
BEFORE YOU BOOK: carefully read each space's notes carefully by clicking the info bubble next to each space’s name.
No food or beverages of any kind are allowed in the practice rooms except bottled water.
Attendees and faculty are permitted to reserve a MAXIMUM OF 90 MINUTES PER DAY. Any reservations longer than that will be canceled.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your reservation, you FORFEIT YOUR TIME SLOT.
If you can no longer use your reserved time, please CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Two missed reservations will result in your PRIVILEGES BEING REVOKED for the duration of the festival.
Always make a reservation under your name and not “Casual User.” If we cannot identify it, you will risk losing the reservation.
Please read the guidelines specific to each space before making a reservation by clicking the info bubble next to the space’s name.
Faculty receive priority over attendees.
Performers and conductors receive priority over composers.
If you are practicing by yourself, please attempt to book a practice room first and not a larger space.
Please be respectful of others around you and the facilities. Any damage to the facilities or equipment will result in immediate dismissal from the festival with no refund.
If you have any questions regarding reserving rooms, please contact our Office Manager.
